Nan has been a Suzuki teacher for over 48 years and is a retired public school orchestra director. She is the Director Emeritus of SSA and was a founder and Executive Director for 24 years. She also directs the Virginia Suzuki Institute and teaches at workshops around the country.

Will has been teaching violin for over 10 years. He grew up as a Suzuki violin student from the age of 3. He earned his undergraduate degree in Instrumental Music Education from UNCG and enjoys traveling and teaching at workshops and institutes.

PAUL HOLT
Guitar
Paul has been teaching guitar with SSA for over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor and Masters degrees in Guitar Performance from Appalachain State University. Paul also teaches guitar at Catawba Valley Community College as an adjunct instructor. He is a member of the Celtic group, Puddingstone, plays with his church's praise band, and has his own rock band "By The Trax".

JESSICA STAMEY, PIANO
Piano
Jessica Stamey started teaching piano at Suzuki School in Fall 2018. She is an accomplished pianist, vocalist, worship leader and mother to son Peter. Jessica also works as the Associate Director Music & Creative Arts and St. Luke’s UMC. She has a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Vocal music concentration, Dual Principal Instruments in Piano and Voice, and her Masters in Educational Media comes from Appalachian State University.
