  • The transition to independent practice

  • Staying motivated all year long

  • Communication in lessons and practice

Each Monday for 10 weeks, at least five short videos will be aired with accompanying audio only format, and transcripts as well. Once posted, all talks will be available online through December 15.

*Ask your teacher about signing up for this through their studio

Jam Day- February 22nd, 2020

Bluegrass, Newgrass, Oldtime, Gospel Jam sessions. Don’t know how to Jam? We’ll teach you! This is an informal family centered event and anyone is welcome to come and enjoy.  We especially encourage our Suzuki Families to attend the open mike session and be a supportive audience. Sign-up sheets will be available in your lessons soon, we hope to see you there!

Solo Recitals March 8th, 9th, & 10th

Every year our students get a chance to perform a piece in recital format in front of friends and family.  We will have sign-up sheets for solo recitals available in your lesson soon. There will be a short reception after each recital.  This is a great chance to film your child performing with an accompanist.  This year Elizabeth Dellinger will be accompanying students.
