ELECTIVES

Students are encouraged to sign up for as many electives as they desire.  The electives are designed to offer experiences in other creative mediums for the entire family.  Anyone may sign up for electives.

BASKETMAKING

Basket making continues to be one of our most popular electives.  This class is open to all ages.  Parents are encouraged to come and help younger children.

FIDDLE

This is an exciting class for violins book 2 level and above.  This area is famous for fiddling and mountain music.  Fiddle tunes will be presented and taught during this class.  This is one way we can learn music that is part of the fiddle tradition.

ORCHESTRA

This is an opportunity for string players to participate in a larger ensemble reading experience.  There will be beginner, intermediate, and advanced orchestras with placement determined by the reading level as indicated on your registration form.

JUGGLING

This is great class for students age 7 and up.  The basics of juggling will be taught and great fun will be had by all participants.   If you like a great active class, this one is for you!

CREATIVE-MOVEMENT                                                                                     This class is a great way to move with the music and have a lot of fun while doing it.  For students age 3-7.

FUN WITH DUCT TAPE

This is an unusual class to make a wallet, a purse, or many other creations of your choice all from duct tape.  It is amazing what it will do.  This is a fun and creative class for anyone and you will take away your own project.
